You log on to Windows 10 with your laptop and notice that the battery icon is conspicuously absent from your taskbar. You click the arrow which shows all your hidden icons, and there's no power.

This is a problem with transferring factory bloatware during an in-place Upgrade.
Try uninstalling the Lenovo power software in Control PanelPrograms Then reinstall it from the Lenovo Support Downloads webpage for your exact model PC. Use the Windows 8.1 software if there is no 10 driver. I installed Windows 10 on my Windows 7 machine. Lenovo Power Manager ceased to work. I uninstalled the program, then downloaded it again. It did not install and does not appear in my apps list.

Unless you use the feature that holds battery charge to 60% to prolong battery life, or reverses fan to blow out dust, the Power features built into Windows are more than sufficient.
Same with the other Lenovo bloatware. You can do without all of it. These merely duplicate and interfere with better versions built into Windows.

You can even do a Clean Install Windows 10 or a Windows 10 Reset saving nothing which is nearly the same. You'll get much better performance without the bloat. Just make sure the free Upgrade is activated first at Settings>Updates>Activation.
Feel free to ask back any questions. This is my specialty.
